I have AL309, and the mode 6 data is pretty good, limited in number of tests supported, but good. Why does the DS708 lack mode 6 that is useable? Currently the Mode 6 on DS708 is all in hex, there no info as to what test id's are. Can you guys improve this, its a real weak point of an other wise great tool

The mode 6 data in some cars is retrieved in Hex format, but we do our best to transfer them into deci. Would u pls provide in what car, model and year that the Mode 6 is displayed in Hex? We will modify them ASAP.

techs need the ability to have use able mode $06 data. A lot of early obd II cars thats the only way to get misfire counters, and on every car that is pre CAN, it will allow you to monitor progress on the having I/M monitors run and pass to confirm a repair or complaint from consumer.

Dear JmoneyTac, I just tried DS708 in a Chrysler..... In order to test the Mode 6, I use the tool to enter the "On-board Mon. Test", well, there is indeed a Hex test code before every PID but then it follows the name of this PID, such as $1900 O2 Heater 1/1 Hot Trend Counter......I did not do all the vehicles but sure Chrysler can make it.
